Strategic Customer Success Partner

NetApp

NetApp is seeking a Keystone Success Manager (KSM) to be the primary trusted advisor for a portfolio of Keystone customers. You will own the customer relationship through the subscription lifecycle, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Support, and Service Delivery to drive satisfaction and growth.
