Our technology powers mission‑critical solutions across Lending, Payments and Universal Banking, supporting over 7,000 customers, including 80% of the world’s top 50 banks, in more than 110 countries.What will you contribute?The Corporate Strategy Director will play a key role in supporting the planning, analysis, and execution of enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives. These initiatives typically span multiple business units and functions and require strong ownership, pace, and coordination to deliver clearly defined outcomes.This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused strategy role. It is not a people‑management position and does not involve line management. Success requires the ability to work independently, structure ambiguous problems, and deliver high‑quality outputs that senior leaders rely on in a fast‑paced environment.The role will also provide targeted support to corporate development activity, including strategic fit assessments and early‑stage due diligence, and contribute to ESG‑related initiatives from a strategy and delivery perspective. Deep ESG subject‑matter expertise is not required.Key Responsibilities :Support the development and execution of Finastra’s corporate‑level strategy in close collaboration with the CEO and Strategy leadershipProvide rigorous analytical and research support across strategic initiatives, including industry and market trends, competitive analysis, and financial modellingDevelop business cases and scenario analyses to support strategic decision‑makingWork directly with business units and functional teams to define scope, structure workstreams, and drive delivery of cross‑functional initiativesProvide programme support across multiple concurrent initiatives, including timeline management, identification of risks and dependencies, and progress trackingCommunicate clear, concise updates and insights to senior stakeholders, including ELT membersSupport corporate development activity, including strategic fit assessments and early‑stage due diligenceContribute to ESG initiatives as part of the broader corporate strategy, working alongside subject‑matter experts as requiredBuild a strong understanding of Finastra’s products, customers, and strategic prioritiesProvide bespoke analytical and delivery support for CEO‑level initiatives, Board materials, and external stakeholder discussionsSkills and Experience:Experience gained within a top‑tier strategy consulting firm, complemented by broader commercial or industry experienceExperience in software and/or financial services environmentsStrong strategic thinking and analytical capability, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and work with complex informationProven ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, delivering high‑quality outputs at paceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with credibility at senior and ELT levelAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of deliverablesPragmatic, delivery‑focused, and resilient in a fast‑paced environmentExposure to ESG topics is helpful, but this is not an ESG specialist or sustainability leadership role.We are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
