Field Recruiter

Seeking an energetic Field Recruiter for a full-time remote position, responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while meeting specific staffing goals in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Proactively develop creative sourcing plans through community engagement and various online channels Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to fill job orders while maintaining an active candidate pipeline Leverage market knowledge and data to set realistic expectations and fulfill staffing needs in a timely manner Required qualifications 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a high-volume environment Proven experience navigating a diverse recruiting process Experience using various platforms and dashboards for effective decision-making Community volunteering or social outreach experience Practical experience and comfort with Microsoft Office products
