They're in their next phase of transformation and are looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales. About the Opportunity & Our Client: A fast-growing cyber security technology and services company is launching a first-to-market AI solution that integrates proprietary data directly into the enterprise AI platforms security teams are already using. This strategic initiative represents the company's largest growth opportunity to date and is expected to redefine how enterprise security organizations are seeing and organizing data. Why This Opportunity? This is a rare opportunity to build a new category within one of the fastest-growing areas of enterprise technology. You'll work directly with executive leadership to shape product strategy, influence the future of AI adoption within cybersecurity, and create the commercial playbook that drives the next phase of company growth. What You'll Do: Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for a groundbreaking AI-powered cybersecurity offering. Lead executive engagements with Fortune 1000 security and technology leaders, including CISOs, CIOs, and other C-level stakeholders. Develop value-based sales frameworks, ROI models, and commercialization strategies centered around measurable business outcomes rather than traditional subscription pricing. Secure the company's first flagship enterprise customers and establish repeatable best practices for future growth. Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to shape pricing, packaging, messaging, and product direction. Create the sales playbook that will serve as the foundation for scaling the business over the coming years. Drive strategic expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts while helping define a unified enterprise growth strategy. Ideal Background: Experience growing and leading sales teams/departments Proven success closing complex six- and seven-figure enterprise software, cybersecurity, AI, data, or advisory services deals. Experience launching or commercializing new products, entering new markets, or building a go-to-market motion from the ground up. Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders in consultative, value-driven conversations. Experience developing ROI business cases and value frameworks tailored to enterprise customers. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments where pricing, packaging, and sales processes are still being established. Familiarity with enterprise AI technologies and how organizations are adopting AI to improve business outcomes is highly desirable. Compensation: $180-200k base/$300-$350k OTE #J-18808-Ljbffr
