Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health to identify unique needs and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on clients receiving hospice care, often dealing with significant life-limiting illnesses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Oregon, free from disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
