Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized mental health services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on each client's unique needs. Perform comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients to address their specific psychological challenges. Maintain detailed, accurate treatment logs and progress notes to monitor patient growth and ensure continuity of care. Effectively navigate crisis situations and provide necessary therapeutic interventions to promote immediate and long-term patient stability. Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and share insights on treatment progress and adjustments. Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for patients and their families to enhance understanding of mental health issues and effective coping strategies. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic frameworks and methodologies to guide your clinical practice, ensuring high standards of care are maintained. Proactively conduct follow-up assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary modifications to ongoing care plans. Patient Population / Client Focus You will serve a diverse cohort of clients facing a variety of psychological challenges, ranging from mood disorders to anxiety and trauma-related issues. Your role will involve assessing their needs, formulating treatment strategies, and supporting them on their path to recovery and improved mental health. Qualifications A Master’s or Doctoral level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting is required. Active licensure in the state of Massachusetts as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD). Preferred Experience Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings, specifically providing services to adolescents and adults. Demonstrated proficiency in crisis intervention and the use of evidence-based therapy techniques. Familiarity with electronic health record systems to efficiently manage and document patient care. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous compensation package, we also provide: A $1,000 sign-on bonus. Flexible scheduling options, allowing you to choose between 5 to 40 hours of work per week.
