Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify developmental needs and concerns in children.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that they reflect the unique needs of each child and family.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor outcomes, providing insights and recommendations based on clinical observations and assessments.
\n
• Empower families by providing education and resources to enhance their child's development through effective intervention strategies.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices while developing joint action plans with families.
\n
• Implement developmental support strategies in a family's natural environment, fostering growth in real-life situations.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations to ensure safety and effectiveness in practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers facing developmental delays or disabilities. By conducting assessments and facilitating targeted interventions, you will directly influence their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skill development during these formative years. This role is a critical part of a larger framework that supports young children and their families in navigating challenges and achieving milestones.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW).

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.

• A valid driver's license for potential travel needs related to home or school visits.

• Experience with early intervention programs, particularly working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying learning styles and needs.

• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for effective collaboration and case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
