Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients experiencing mood disorders by assessing the severity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.

• Partner with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, preferences, and specific challenges.

• Implement evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on the significant aspects of mood disorders, potential treatment modalities, and effective self-care strategies.

• Consistently monitor each client's progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with psychiatrists and allied health professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to continuously enhance your clinical expertise.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs and work towards greater public awareness and de-stigmatization of mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on individuals experiencing mood disorders. You will work with a diverse client base, including various backgrounds and levels of severity in their conditions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in California.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities applicable to mood disorders.

• Strong understanding of psychiatric medications and the ability to work collaboratively with prescribing professionals.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients from all walks of life.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience focusing on mood disorders is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, along with opportunities for performance bonuses.
