Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance use history.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices tailored for adolescents and young adults.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver integrated care that addresses the full spectrum of clients’ needs.

• Educate and engage clients’ families to enhance their support role in the recovery journey, creating inclusive therapeutic environments.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all confidentiality regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young individuals aged 12-24 who are navigating complex mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Your empathetic engagement and personalized approach to therapy will not only help address symptoms but also create a supportive community for peers undergoing similar struggles. Your role is pivotal in fostering a safe and understanding atmosphere where clients can share their experiences and progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LICSW, or PsyD in the state of Washington.

• Experience providing telehealth therapy specifically to adolescents and young adults.

• A willingness to endorse and participate in ongoing training related to our evidence-based treatment pathways.

• Exceptional computer skills, with proficiency in Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective client interaction and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
