Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, evaluating their biopsychosocial needs, and formulating individualized treatment plans to target symptom resolution and enhance overall functioning.

• Provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy sessions, adapting modalities and interventions according to each client’s unique situation and presenting issues.

• Collaborate closely with our psychiatry team and interdisciplinary staff to participate in program planning and treatment coordination for clients requiring a multi-faceted approach to care.

• Engage as either the primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy settings, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their challenges and share experiences.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with organizational protocols and regulatory standards, ensuring all patient data is captured appropriately.

• Uphold the ethical standards of the counseling profession while adhering to organizational policies, contributing to a culture of compliance and integrity.

• Actively participate in crisis intervention and triage evaluations for emergencies, working in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure immediate support for clients in need.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $105,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
