Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, consistently utilizing evidence-based screening tools as indicated by the clinical team.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that align with best practices.
\n
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to local, state, and federal service systems and community partners, fostering collaborative relationships to promote client success.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote the mission of Living Free Mental and Behavioural Center, consistently advocating for our client population.
\n
• Seek out and establish relationships with potential partners and funding sources to enhance program offerings and community outreach.
\n
• Pursue ongoing personal and professional growth through conferences, workshops, and networking opportunities within the mental health community.
\n
• Promote the integration of our agency's mission, values, and principles in all professional activities and services.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with your expertise and the organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work directly with a diverse client base, including individuals seeking mental health support, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities. Your work will not only address their immediate therapeutic needs but also aid in their overall long-term recovery and integration into the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• An Independent LMHC License is required to practice in Washington state. We will cover the costs associated with obtaining licensure for candidates currently licensed in other states.
