Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students, developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Administer therapeutic interventions to students, including individual and group therapy sessions that promote emotional regulation and coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring a high standard of patient care.

• Work collaboratively with teachers, school counselors, and other stakeholders to coordinate care, offering holistic support to students.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Educate and empower students and their families with knowledge about mental health resources, encouraging proactive engagement in their well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this school-based role, you will be working primarily with children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly focused on psychotherapy with children and adolescents.
