Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of individual children and families.
\n
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring approaches based on each child's unique strengths and challenges.
\n
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress, adjust plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support to families.
\n
• Facilitate early intervention services in natural environments, helping families foster skill development in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains.
\n
• Educate and empower families by providing them with knowledge, skills, and resources to support their child's developmental journey.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, ensuring quality and compliance in service delivery.
\n
• Build trusting relationships with children and families to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the coaching model to enhance learning opportunities in natural settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving infants and toddlers, particularly those facing disabilities or developmental challenges, ensuring that they receive the necessary support during their crucial formative years. You will collaborate with families, advocating for their needs while equipping them with tools to aid their child's development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work with a valid LCSW license as recognized by the Department of Public Health.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience working with children in early intervention settings. 
\n
• Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel occasionally for family visits and team meetings.
\n
• Strong ability to adapt to different learning styles to effectively meet the individual needs of children.

• Exemplary organizational and time management skills to navigate a diverse caseload effectively.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration and respect for others.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
