Work Environment\n

This role allows for a flexible remote work setting, primarily conducted from the comfort of your own home. However, it will also include in-person visits to seniors’ residences and occasional participation in community outreach events. The typical schedule for this full-time position is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility required for evening or weekend work based on client needs. Candidates should also be prepared for on-call duties to respond to urgent situations, ensuring continuous support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine the emotional, mental, and social needs of senior clients, using standardized evaluation tools and personal interviews.
