Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Help Esteem, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients’ mental, emotional, and social needs.

• Implementing targeted therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client goals and circumstances.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions to provide emotional support and coping strategies.

• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to review treatment plans and assess progress.

• Developing and leading family support programs to empower families with tools and strategies for success.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic approaches.

• Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in our electronic health record systems, adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on a diverse range of clients, particularly those engaged in hospice care, including patients with terminal illnesses and their families. Your efforts will be vital in aiding clients through emotionally challenging times, ensuring they receive compassionate, individualized support throughout their journey.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a mental health or hospice setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Help Esteem, we offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
