We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our expanding team at the Parent Infant Mental Counseling Center, located in Irving, Texas. This full-time remote position involves providing critical support in a hospice setting, where you will play a vital role in delivering holistic care to patients and their families. The position offers the flexibility to choose between 4x10 or 5x8 shifts during our operational hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday. Importantly, this role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, allowing you to start your journey with us on a rewarding note.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to clients experiencing various mental health challenges, ensuring a compassionate and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Conduct interviews with clients to acquire comprehensive insights into their social, personal, environmental, and health histories.
\n
• Evaluate client needs and formulate treatment plans addressing emotional and psychological issues, facilitating access to additional community resources as necessary.

• Implement short-term crisis interventions, demonstrating proficiency in dealing with acute cases requiring immediate psychological support.
\n
• Build and sustain trusting relationships with clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance based on mutual respect and acceptance.
\n
• Continuously assess treatment outcomes, modifying approaches where necessary to ensure effectiveness and meet client objectives.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans, adhering to established protocols.

• Manage caseload efficiently while ensuring that all records reflect up-to-date services and client needs.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral therapy sessions focused on issues such as grief, mood disorders, addiction recovery, and family dynamics.

• Expand responsibilities and take on additional roles as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support a diverse range of patients, including individuals facing terminal illnesses, mental health crises, and complex emotional challenges. You will work closely with their families, offering guidance, support, and education to navigate the emotional landscapes associated with grief, loss, and adjustment to life-limiting conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in the mental health field is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proven experience providing counseling in behavioral health settings, specifically addressing mood disorders, addiction issues, and family therapy.

• Background in hospice or palliative care settings is distinctly advantageous.

• Strong skills in crisis management and conflict resolution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
