Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and other mental health services tailored to clients dealing with a range of emotional and psychological issues, leveraging tools like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and mindfulness techniques.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses utilizing a variety of psychological tests and established assessment methodologies to inform treatment.
\n
• Craft individualized treatment plans focused on measurable goals that address the specific concerns and aspirations of each client.

• Offer crisis intervention services, which may include conducting suicide risk assessments, facilitating hospitalizations when necessary, and providing immediate emotional support.

• Collaborate with medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and palliative care teams, to ensure comprehensive care for clients at the hospice center.

• Document all client interactions meticulously and maintain timely records in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Participate in the formation and revision of clinical protocols, enhancing the quality of care provided by our team.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Kansas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services to individuals, couples, and families.
