Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for clients, including individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on those with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and facilitate more comprehensive assessments when necessary, using a strengths-based approach to care.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that align with clients’ specific needs, ensuring collaboration with families, educational institutions, and other providers.

• Participate actively in crisis intervention scenarios, utilizing your skills to stabilize acute situations and connect students with appropriate resources.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports for treatment goals, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and compliance with organizational standards.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by participating in team meetings and committees, contributing your insights to enhance agency service delivery.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring timely follow-ups and continuity of care for clients.

• Serve as an on-call resource when necessary during program hours to support immediate client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on supporting students in school settings, recognizing the unique challenges they face. You will work closely with children and adolescents experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral problems, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The yearly salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
