Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs, including specific therapeutic goals and interventions.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless, coordinated care for each client.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary for clients facing acute challenges.

• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards by documenting client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering community support among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our patient population often presents with various mental health issues, requiring a thoughtful, individualized approach to care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
