Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct assessments and intake interviews with clients to determine their mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, addressing issues such as relationship dynamics, communication breakdowns, and conflicts.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique situation, focusing on solutions for challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief, family conflicts, and adjustments to separation/divorce.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to create a holistic approach to treatment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
