Technical Quotation Specialist An established industrial electrical manufacturer is looking for an experienced Technical Quotation Specialist to support high-volume RFQs across panelboards, MCCs, and switchboards. This role is perfect for someone who loves technical detail, quoting accuracy, and working closely with customers. Build quotes and BOMs from RFQs with confidence Understand the difference between panelboards, MCCs, switchboards, and VFD packages Can read electrical specs, drawings, and one-lines Enjoy working with customers, vendors, and engineering teams Prefer fast-paced manufacturing environments Work best onsite, collaborating directly with the team A role where you can own the quoting process end-to-end A chance to impact profitability through accurate proposals A stable company with strong demand and growing product lines A team that values technical ability, accountability, and performance A position with long-term growth into senior quoting, applications, or technical sales What You’ll Do Review RFQs and specifications; develop accurate BOMs and quotations Communicate with customers and vendors on pricing, lead times, and technical details Support inside sales across industrial electrical product lines Work closely with engineering to ensure quote accuracy Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently What You Bring 5+ years in quotations, inside sales, applications engineering, or estimating Strong knowledge of panelboards, MCCs, switchboards, and related electrical equipment Background with OEMs or distributors (Eaton, Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Summit, Rexel, etc. ideal) Clear communication and strong technical comprehension Must be able to work 100% onsite in Houston Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Electrical Equipment Manufacturing, Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, and Automation Machinery Manufacturing Houston, TX $70,000.00-$80,000.00 Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Engtal by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
