Executive Administrative Assistant

Our client, a leading technology organization based in Redmond, WA, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. As an integral part of the executive support structure, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and fostering a productive work environment. Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Redmond, WA
Contract Length : 6-18 months
Pay Range: $30-$34/hour
What's the Job?
Manage complex and evolving calendars across multiple time zones for senior leadership, ensuring optimal scheduling and meeting preparation.
Coordinate and execute operational tasks, identify process gaps, and leverage productivity tools to enhance efficiency.
Support onboarding, offboarding, and equipment provisioning for new hires, working closely with Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
Handle expense documentation, purchase orders, reimbursements, and basic budget tracking with accuracy and compliance.
Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including international travel arrangements, visas, and detailed itineraries.
What's Needed?
7+ years of experience in administrative support, business support, or customer service roles supporting executive teams.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to manage budgets related to events, travel, and training with attention to detail.
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Strong communication skills, including clear writing, active listening, and high emotional intelligence.
