Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in both individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on a holistic approach to mental health. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapy to couples and families, facilitating therapeutic interventions that address dysfunctional relationships and enhance communication.

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Addressing a diverse range of issues, including but not limited to, alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, job-related stress, and the dynamics of blended families.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to implement effective treatment protocols.
\n
• Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.
\n
• Participating in clinical team meetings for case consultation and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMFT will involve working with a diverse clientele that includes adults, children, and adolescents. You will focus on helping clients navigate various life challenges such as separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties within familial relationships. Your expertise will play a crucial role in promoting mental wellness and resilience among clients, guiding them toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) designation in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Ridgeview Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to generous base compensation, our benefits package includes:
