Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Deliver face-to-face therapy sessions via telehealth platforms for individuals, couples, and families, adhering to therapeutic best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy to guide interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate assistance in moments of need.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client documentation in compliance with Tennessee state regulations and best practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate actively in case reviews and team meetings.

Qualifications\n

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in Tennessee, in good standing with the relevant regulatory body.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience within outpatient or mental health settings.
