Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored outpatient mental health services, ensuring each client's treatment plan aligns with their unique recovery goals.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment data meticulously and promptly according to Federal, State, and Spring Psychotherapy Center guidelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Compose detailed reports for various institutions, including courts and schools, promoting effective communication between all parties involved in a client’s care.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and attending physicians for cases requiring hospital admissions, ensuring continuity of care and support.

• Engage with external psychiatric care providers and community assistance programs to facilitate access to necessary services for clients requiring additional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse group of clients ranging from individuals with routine mental health concerns to those facing more severe psychological challenges. Many clients may experience anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, or complex emotional difficulties. Your role is crucial in guiding these individuals towards recovery and empowerment, making a meaningful impact on their quality of life.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and the number of hours worked.
