Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client, taking into consideration their medical history and life circumstances.

• Engage actively in the multidisciplinary team process, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance the overall therapeutic strategy for clients.

• Monitor and assess clients' progress and situations during scheduled follow-up appointments, ensuring that any necessary adjustments to treatment plans are made promptly.

• Collaborate with educational staff and family members to address the needs of clients, particularly in cases involving children and adolescents.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with patients who are in hospice care, offering support during some of their most challenging times. This involves not only addressing emotional and psychological needs but also facilitating conversations around end-of-life planning and grief counseling, ensuring dignity and respect in their final days.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and current LICSW license.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively counseling and advising clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting the expertise and dedication of the role.
