Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ascertain the mental health needs of clients, subsequently designing tailored treatment plans to guide therapeutic interventions.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapy services, including individual, group, and family counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to effectively address a spectrum of mental health concerns.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure clients receive cohesive and comprehensive care.

• Respond to emergency situations with crisis intervention strategies, offering immediate support and guidance to clients in acute distress.

• Participate in community outreach and educational efforts aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and offering resources to underserved populations.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Vibrant Healing, you will work with a diverse clientele that reflects various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are necessary, enabling you to forge strong therapeutic relationships with a diverse client base.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively with individuals across various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
