Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients to understand their mental health challenges and create comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that facilitate their journey toward wellness.

• Lead both one-on-one and group therapy sessions focused on a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, maintaining open lines of communication to ensure holistic support for all clients and enhance their treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Holders of an active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience providing mental health counseling and support to individuals dealing with emotional challenges.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients swiftly.

• Experience with electronic medical record systems is preferred but not mandatory; comfort with technology is essential for this telehealth role.

• Experience conducting telehealth therapy and utilizing telecommunication tools effectively.

• Background in group therapy facilitation, with a focus on fostering collaboration and support among participants.

• Proficiency with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Competitively structured salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and hours worked.
