Outside Sales Account ManagerSoftware Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Outside Sales Account Manager to join our internal team as a full time employee in Dallas, TX. Using their experience as a project manager, business analyst in the IT space or a salesperson with experience selling services, Account Managers build and develop business within our tier 1 local clients. They work with our established client base as well as on initiatives toward new client acquisition. Account Managers are responsible for developing relationships with decision makers at active and/or prospective clients, learning about our client's business, improving the quality of job orders and effectively managing workflow for non-VMO and/or VMO that allows/requires "high touch." A sales campaign to call, speak to and meet with hiring managers will be established. Your Sales Manager will review your production expectations weekly.Responsibilities:Schedule weekly on-site client visits, have the ability to identify decision makers, and work through the sales life cycle to close business.Document details of client meetings in Job Diva.Maintain contact with current consultants on billing and achieve a minimum of one contact each month.Conduct monthly performance reviews with consultants engaged on client sites as well as their associated hiring managers/hiring teams to ensure all expectations are being met.Work closely with National Account Manager and/or Director of Operations for contract or consultant issue resolution.Follow up with recruiters on their candidate submissions.Identify and help to innovate ways of improving closing ratios while encouraging a team culture.Showcase the company's capabilities, benefits, and value proposition in all interactions, and work effectively to deliver these key messages to the marketplace.Manage partnership pricing, negotiations, and interview processes.Remain current on industry trends and coordinate with management team to participate in networking events and forums for knowledge acquisition and business development.Attend a minimum of one networking event a month and develop strategies to capitalize on connections met.Utilize our state of the art ATS available for sourcing new clients and expanding current client base.Build excellent relationships with the recruiting staff.Manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects.Make decisions based on strong organization, planning and problem-solving skills.Maintain project management timelines.Become proficient in working in JobDiva and other SGA proprietary data collection and reporting tools.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related fieldExcellent relationship building, networking and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in a technical sales environment preferredRequired characteristics for success in this role:Bring positive attitude to meetings and all work related interactionsHave a driven and self-motivated focus on winningAble to work with a sense of urgency when appropriateStrong experience working and networking via LinkedInExperience working and networking at conferences and eventsDaily practice of taking and logging notesStrong organizational skillsDisciplined follow up practiceNatural enjoyment from speaking with peopleGenuine curiosity about technology, people, and the worldComfortable working within deadlinesAbility to juggle multiple clients and projectsStrong multi-tasking skillsComfortable with using data and stats to track personal progress and successSGA is a Certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) celebrating over thirty years of service to our national client base for both permanent placement and consulting opportunities.
