Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health concerns, backgrounds, and goals for therapy.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans by collaborating with clients on their therapeutic journeys and regularly monitoring their progress.

• Establish and maintain relationships built on trust and empathy, creating a safe space for clients to discuss sensitive issues and work towards positive change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.

• Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and implementing evidence-based interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes an attractive sign-on bonus.
