Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and mental health complexities.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction challenges and underlying mental health issues, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Work collaboratively with a treatment team, including nurses, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure clients receive integrated and coordinated care tailored to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is required, candidates with experience working in a Community Health Clinic or similar environment will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy technologies is also advantageous.
