Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients and develop tailored treatment plans that leverage clinically validated, solution-focused interventions.

• Deliver effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, or other modalities that align with the individual needs of clients.

• Maintain up-to-date and compliant clinical records that reflect patient progress and treatment adjustments in accordance with state regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff to provide coordinated care for clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster collaborative problem-solving and elevate the quality of care provided.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and treatment strategies.

• Stay informed on the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health care to continuously improve client outcomes.

You will be working with a diverse population of clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
