Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine individual patient needs, informing the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community while addressing clients' common struggles.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support for patients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will primarily work with diverse populations dealing with conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
