Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will involve working closely with couples and families, as well as providing individual therapy sessions. You will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, collaborating with them on personalized treatment plans, and employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health issues. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the unique challenges faced by families and individuals.

• Providing therapy for issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Working with blended families to navigate remarriage issues, separation, and adjustment challenges.

• Facilitating therapy sessions both individually and together with family members to promote healing and improve relationships.

• Utilizing telemedicine platforms to deliver therapy, ensuring accessibility for all clients.

• Documenting progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting varied patient populations, primarily adults and adolescents. You will engage with clients facing a variety of life circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Experiences of physical or psychological abuse.

• Dealing with grief, loss, and family separation.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field and possess the necessary qualifications to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Specific requirements include:
