Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to couples together as well as individualized sessions, tailoring interventions based on the unique dynamics and needs of each family.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of challenges, including but not limited to, alcohol abuse, psychological distress, and family conflicts.

• Facilitate effective communication among family members, helping to resolve conflicts such as job stress, blended family issues, and communication difficulties.

• Support clients through significant transitions such as divorce or the loss of a loved one, providing therapeutic strategies to foster resilience and adjustment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic practices and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will largely focus on individuals, couples, and families dealing with diverse mental health issues.
