Work Environment

This role is primarily home-based, allowing you to provide personalized therapy in a comfortable, familiar setting for our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, focusing on orthopedic conditions.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities which may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Consult with patients and their caregivers, providing education on rehabilitation goals, ongoing care, and strategies to promote long-term health.
• Document patient progress accurately and comprehensively, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards while optimizing clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs and refine treatment strategies based on their progress.
• Establish strong rapport with patients and families to ensure their comfort and engagement in the rehabilitation process.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and assist in meeting other business objectives through effective patient management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position caters to a diverse patient population with an emphasis on orthopedic issues, ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management. You will engage with patients of all ages, adjusting your rehabilitation techniques to meet the varying needs of pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients. The holistic approach we employ not only aims to alleviate pain but also to enhance functional mobility, education, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in an orthopedic setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and word processing.

• Experience in home health care settings, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage cases effectively.
• Background in utilizing evidence-based practice guidelines in clinical decision-making.
• Previous experience in community outreach or patient education initiatives is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes an annual salary between USD 100,000 to 120,000.
