Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough movement and mobility assessments for each patient, identifying specific rehabilitative needs and goals.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including MDs and Chiropractors, to develop cohesive treatment strategies that optimize patient recovery.
• Educate and guide patients through tailored exercises and rehabilitation programs, ensuring they have the knowledge and motivation to continue their recovery at home.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making data-driven adjustments to treatment protocols as necessary.
• Advocate for patient health and wellness while providing support and resources for continued improvement after formal therapy ends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele at Move Well Rehab Center ranges from post-operative patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries to individuals managing chronic pain, sports injuries, and neurological conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey PT license or eligibility for licensure in New Jersey.
