Regain Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients in their homes throughout Keansburg, New Jersey. Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite, allowing you to work directly with patients in a home care setting. You will engage with patients in their own environments, which can facilitate more personalized care and a higher level of engagement. The hours for this position typically run Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent weekly schedule that helps to balance professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, utilizing a combination of medical history, assessments, and clinical observation to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement treatment protocols based on continuous assessments, ensuring adaptations are made as the patient's condition evolves.

• Maintain meticulous documentation throughout the treatment process, including initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, progress summaries, and discharge evaluations to create thorough records of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and rehabilitation consultants, to modify care plans as necessary and ensure comprehensive care for all patients.

• Maintain compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations while completing required corporate and clinical training.

• Build and maintain respectful communication with co-workers, patients, and their families, facilitating a supportive network that contributes to the patient's rehabilitation efforts.

• Participate in facility meetings and training sessions as directed, contributing ideas and insights for service improvement and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Regain Rehabilitation, you will work primarily with orthopedic patients who require rehabilitative services due to post-surgical recovery, injury rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Your expertise will enable you to address a wide variety of conditions, helping patients improve mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities, all while supporting them in their home environments.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• Current state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in home health care or outpatient orthopedic settings. Experience with geriatric patients is beneficial, as well as familiarity with evidence-based practices that guide effective patient treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This package includes:
