Counselors will engage with clients who may visit our Rossiter office or receive services from the comfort of their own homes. Our office operates from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing ample scheduling options to accommodate both client and counselor needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapeutic strategies that meet individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including group sessions, family therapy, and individual counseling.
\n
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address diverse client challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care is provided to each client, enhancing treatment outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to support effective treatment planning.

• Engage in continuous education and professional development by attending workshops and training to remain current with the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role comes with a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
