Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, building rapport and maintaining professional relationships that adhere to ethical guidelines.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, discuss challenges, and prepare for future treatment planning or discharge as appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including progress notes and treatment records for each client in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand clients' mental health histories and develop effective strategies for intervention.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities suitable for each client.
\n
• Engage in ongoing supervision and peer collaboration to enhance therapeutic skills and professional growth.
\n
• Work with interdisciplinary teams consisting of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical outpatient setting subsequent to graduation.

• Proficiency with technology including electronic health records and telehealth platforms—experience with RMS systems, spreadsheets, and email management is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families in a clinical setting, demonstrating effective interventions for a variety of issues.

• Comfort in performing comprehensive intake assessments that guide treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n
