Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility while maintaining a robust outpatient office presence when required. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental health to understand their needs and develop thorough treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health management techniques, equipping them with practical tools and resources.

• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including primary care providers and specialists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Must possess an active New York State license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate supportive relationships with clients and collaborate efficiently with team members.

• Proficient in using various telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to manage client information securely and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling setting, with a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse range of clients.
