Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by reviewing patient histories, performing specific assessments, and documenting findings to establish a personalized treatment plan.
• Clearly communicate evaluation results and collaborate with patients and their families to set achievable health goals.
• Implement and adapt treatment protocols based on evaluated patient needs and responses, ensuring adherence to evolving healthcare standards.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, recognizing any significant changes in patient conditions to modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring continuity and clarity of care through timely documentation of each patient's progress, including evaluations and treatment plans.
• Utilize effective time management skills while maintaining productivity levels, uphold an organized schedule, and timely attendance at meetings.
• Contribute to department objectives, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance your professional growth and serve as a mentor to students and new staff.
• Promote a positive customer experience by maintaining flexibility and adaptability in patient care approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

• Current certification in BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
