Salary Range: $130,000 $150,000
Bonus: Up to 20%, paid overtime
Hours: Full-time, MondayFriday (4 days in office / 1 day remote)
A leading private investment firm is seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to support a group of senior executives and investment professionals. This role requires discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume, complex calendars with strategic prioritization.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and liaise with internal and external assistants amid frequent schedule changes.
- Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare expense reports.
- Ensure executives are fully prepared for meetings by organizing materials and documentation.
- Maintain accurate contacts and manage confidential files with discretion.
- Provide backup administrative coverage and support ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of administrative experience, ideally within private equity, investment management, or financial services.
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to support multiple senior professionals.
- Professional, proactive, and trusted team player with sound judgment.
