Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and identify specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual patient goals.
• Employ techniques such as active and passive exercise, stretching, and hands-on therapy to help alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Track and document patient progress diligently, ensuring all records are updated accurately and timely.
• Modify treatment plans based on continuous evaluation and feedback, adjusting therapeutic goals to enhance patient outcomes.
• Guide and educate patients, their families, and caregivers on effective use of assistive devices and self-care techniques.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and collaborating to optimize comprehensive patient care.
• Stay current with best practices in physical therapy through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
