Located in the heart of Bonita Springs, Florida, Flexibility First Physical Therapy operates from a state-of-the-art 5,000-square-foot rehabilitation center that is equipped with the latest sports medicine technologies. Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Therapist, you will engage directly with patients, working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our clinic is designed to cultivate a healing atmosphere, combining a welcoming ambiance with cutting-edge therapeutic equipment. Daily interactions with a close-knit team of two other physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA) promote an environment of shared knowledge and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' needs and tailor rehabilitation plans accordingly.
• Maintain a caseload that allows for focused, one-on-one sessions—ensuring each patient receives undivided attention during therapy appointments.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic interventions to improve range of motion and mobility while prioritizing patient comfort and well-being.
• Educate patients on non-surgical alternatives and encourage a proactive approach to recovery.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that utilize diverse therapeutic techniques suited to individual patient goals.
• Design and oversee customized fitness and wellness programs that align with each patient's long-term objectives for health and mobility.
• Document treatment progress accurately and maintain effective communication with patients and their families, ensuring they understand their treatment journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and specialists, to provide holistic care.
• Motivate and inspire patients throughout their recovery process, fostering resilience and a positive outlook.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Flexibility First, we primarily cater to individuals with private medical insurance, providing services that range from post-operative rehabilitation to athletic injury recovery. Our diverse patient population includes young athletes, adults, and seniors, each requiring tailored interventions. As a key member of our team, you will positively impact these patients' lives, helping them regain independence and function through targeted rehabilitation strategies.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A current and valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions against your license, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to the field.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practice.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient record management.
• Demonstrated success in designing and executing comprehensive exercise programs.

Compensation and Benefits
