Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including assessing pain levels, mobility, and functional limitations.
• Creating customized treatment plans that incorporate diverse therapeutic techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality application to promote healing.
• Implementing treatment strategies that are innovative and patient-centered, utilizing the most effective practices from evidence-based research.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on measurable outcomes and feedback.
• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families about the treatment process and home exercise programs.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to effectively coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
• Maintaining compliance with state regulations and best practices while continuing to enhance your professional knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Pro Motion Rehab Center, our patient population includes diverse individuals of all ages recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions such as arthritis or post-stroke rehabilitation. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• A current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.

• Proficient computer skills for documentation and treatment tracking.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
