Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of orthopedic patients to determine their specific rehabilitation needs and establish tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies aligned with physician directives and adhere to agency policies and professional standards of care.
• Deliver high-quality patient care, which includes assessment, functional movement training, manual therapy techniques, and ensuring patient understanding of their treatment protocols.
• Engage patients and their families in comprehensive education regarding in-home treatments, exercises, and safety procedures vital for recovery and injury prevention.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance overall care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus
