Work Environment

Working on-site at our modern rehabilitation center in beautiful Bonita Springs, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a reasonable caseload, ensuring that you can devote ample time and attention to each individual's rehabilitation process.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to implement effective treatment techniques and enhance patients' mobility.
• Employ cost-effective strategies to promote recovery while minimizing the need for medications by emphasizing non-surgical alternatives.
• Develop comprehensive care plans integrating various treatment modalities, ensuring each patient receives the most appropriate interventions.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program is required.
• Must exhibit an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida with a clean record—no sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficiency in various manual therapy techniques is essential for meeting patient needs comprehensively.
• Exceptional ability to devise and implement successful exercise programs tailored to each patient's recovery journey.
• Capacity to navigate and utilize EMR software effectively, particularly Web PT, for meticulous documentation.
• A strong commitment to staying updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and research to provide evidence-based care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Background in sports rehabilitation, especially working with athletes or active individuals.

Compensation and Benefits
