Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite within our vibrant outpatient office in Bonita Springs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments on patients to determine their specific orthopedic needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment strategy.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies aimed at enhancing recovery and functional independence.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, modalities for pain relief, and exercise prescriptions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress consistently, adjusting treatment programs based on evolving needs and response to therapy.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, orthopedic surgeons, nurses, and additional healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care.
• Provide education to clients and their families regarding recovery processes, injury prevention, and effective home exercise programs to promote self-management.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, work-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will deliver care to patients of all ages, ensuring appropriate treatment interventions for each demographic. Working closely with local physicians, you will aid in rehabilitation efforts designed to restore physical function and improve overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Currently possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Hold a valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality clinical assessments and interventions tailored to orthopedic conditions.
• Strong capability in patient communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Flex and Flow Physical Therapy Center offers a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
