Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations, and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement a diverse range of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and patient education, tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards and billing requirements.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation aides, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Uphold clinical productivity standards, ensuring efficient use of therapy time while remaining informed about the latest research and best practices in physical therapy.
• Participate in staff development activities, quality improvement initiatives, and program enhancements to contribute to the overall success of the facility.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized therapy environment, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment in excellent condition.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The role focuses on a diverse patient population, specifically individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will work predominantly with adults, employing tailored therapeutic approaches designed to facilitate physical recovery, enhance function, and alleviate pain. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapy license in Florida or eligibility for licensure.

• Familiarity with WebPT EMR or similar electronic medical record systems is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.

• Experience with therapeutic modalities, patient education, and progress assessment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
